I have just completed the installation of the Live Performance LX
player system in a piano that once was a Steinway Duo-Art Style XR,
and I couldn't be happier with the performance of this player system
in this piano.  I had just completed a complete rebuilding and
refinishing of the piano, and only recently considered this player
system.

I had read the glowing report from Spencer Chase following his
installation of this player system in his piano, and decided to
investigate further.  A contact with Wayne Stahnke at Live Performance
(wayne@live-performance.com.geentroep [delete ".geentroep to reply])
resulted in me attending one of his installation clinics in Reno,
Nevada.  The installation involves reasonably simple modifications
to the piano, and I was able to complete them within about two weeks
while I still had the piano in my shop.

The most important thing to me, however, is that it plays beautifully!
The quality of the reproduction is absolutely amazing, the system is
simple to use, and there is a vast selection of music available on CDs.
I have no regrets about installing this system in my piano, and I know
it is going to get a great deal of use in our home.
