Adjustable Vacuum Source for Testing

I am using a router speed control, item number 25278, from Rockler
Woodworking and Hardware, http://www.rockler.com/  It seems to be
very stable and the motor, rated up to 20 amperes at 120 volts,
runs quietly and efficiently.
