I have what I consider wonderful news -- Bill Koenigsberg of AMICA
owns an original of Ampico 71673, Harmonious Blacksmith by Handel,
played by Moriz Rosenthal, and he has kindly lent it for copying.
David Saul expects to recut it and add it to his catalog.

I have not heard this roll but Bill Koenigsberg says it is very
good and it has been at the top of my Ampico want list for years.
Except for the copies from Duo-Art, it is one of the latest Ampico
classical releases and seems to be quite rare.  I look forward to
buying it from David Saul and hope others will reward his willingness
to recut it for us.
