Seek Ampico A "Repeat" Lever

Hello,  I am restoring a Rogers Ampico Model A player grand piano.
I am looking for a metal lever for the "REPEAT" valve control switch.
Also need a source for the Ampico wire-reinforced 3/8" ID supply hoses,
or a similar product.
