Seek Blotting Paper for Pneumatic Gaskets
By Bill Chapman

I prefer using old-fashioned blotter paper to glue the pneumatics onto
the deck. I looked at a number of likely sources, including art supply
houses and stationery stores; most had never heard of it, which makes
me feel old -- Who writes with fountain pen anymore! I am wondering if
anyone reading MMD knows of a source or a good substitute for blotter
paper.

I tried to use cotton gauze, as found on the original Mason & Hamlin.
The only gauze I could find was much less dense (thread-wise) than the
original, and it has not formed a really tight seal. Many of the
pneumatics need to be pried loose and re-glued with better material.
