The list of 15" Regina titles I have is from numbers 1001 through
11292 and seems, with spot checking, to be all inclusive within those
numbers.  Unfortunately, Kevin McElhone's list was meant to be read
"in conjunction with Graham Webb's book," but many people don't have
or need the book.

Perhaps we could combine all three lists (by Graham Webb, Kevin
McElhone and John Bishop) to fill in some gaps?
