Making a new comb or replacing a multitude of teeth for your
movement would be most tedious, time consuming and frustrating...
and how are you going to figure out the tuning?  I sell oil hardening
steel to make replacement teeth, if you want to try it.  I can talk
you through the tempering of the steel, etc.

A possible solution is to replace the movement.  I have some
new-old-stock gear driven 2-tune 28-note movements, where instead of
a spring barrel there is an extended cylinder shaft with a bevel gear
on it.  The gear is easily removed as it has set screws.  They are
$45.00 each plus postage.  There are two tune selections: "Third Man
Theme" plus another tune; "Vienna Blut" plus another tune (I don't know
the titles of the other tunes).
