Paillard continued well into the 20th century by diversifying its
products.  The English version of Jean-Claude Piguet's book "Les
faiseurs de musique, histoire de la boîte à musique," published by the
MBSI as "The Music Box Makers, A History Of The Music Box In Ste.-
Croix," says a little about these changes and why they occurred.

I also believe the CIMA museum in Sainte-Croix could provide more
background. It is housed in the old Paillard factory and exhibits much
