While I can't directly answer TJ Fisher's question, I will say that
Ralph Tussing's T.R.T. arrangements are some of the best I've ever
heard, "Zip A Dee Doo Dah", "Shine On Harvest Moon" and "Take Me Out
to the Ball Game" being three of my favorites, especially as "Take
Me Out..." includes the verse music, not just the chorus.  If I recall
correctly the T.R.T.  rolls often did, even when the only the chorus
was commonly played otherwise. (How many people have ever heard verses
to "When the Saints Go Marching In"?  There are a bunch of them.)

There ought to be a recording of 6122 in my stash.  I'm sure I made
one, but after 20 years of sifting it still hasn't popped up.
