FS: Aeolian 48-rank Residential Player Pipe Organ
By Mitchell Manger

For sale: Aeolian 48-rank residential player pipe organ with over
200+ Duo-Art rolls. Completely restored and completely releathered,
with digital relays and a digital tape player added. The roll player
still works perfectly. It is one of the largest residential player
pipe organs Aeolian built. Comes with over 200+ Duo-Art rolls in
pristine condition. It is located in Los Angeles, California. It
was originally installed in 1931, and has never been moved.

I have to sell it and have it completely removed by August 31, 2010,
at the very latest. Because of the August 31st timeframe, I am
starting with a very fair asking price of $75,000. A similar organ
can be found on Cooley's Old Tyme Piano Shoppe, here, for $229,000:
http://www.cotps.com/aeolian.htm This organ has even more ranks, has
also been completely restored, and is one-third the price. (I should
add that Rick Cooley is a wonderful person, sells quality instruments,
and that his organ is worth every penny he is asking for it.)

I am open to bargaining/negotiating, so please send me your offers,
but nothing lower than $20,000, please. I want to sell it to someone
rather than put it in storage after it is removed, so don't be afraid
to send me a price.

Many more pictures and details, as well as the terms of purchase,
can be found here on my web site, vintagekeysandpercussion.com, or on
my eBay listing:
