Steve,  I think you might be better off just leaving it a regular
piano, and/or finding an intact player grand.  It could be near
impossible to find a spare player action to fit your piano that would
not require _major_ surgery to your piano or the player action.

Even if you found an action that would fit, it would surely need
rebuilding.  It would be much easier to find an intact player grand
and rebuild it.  Just my $.02.

P.S.: I have for sale a complete baby grand with a Welte system that
has most of the player system rebuilt.  It was rebuilt about 5 years
ago but was never finished (tubing not completed).  It is for sale
for $600.00 in California.
