Question: Should Duo-Art play chords at zero level?

Hello all,  Please let me clarify the issue as it was maybe
misunderstood.  The basic question is, can or should a Duo-Art
system be able to play a 3-note bass chord on Accompaniment level 0?
[Testing] with or without sustain pedal, no other coding on roll
present, no soft pedal -- nothing.

Personally I do not think it can, but I would like to hear other's
opinions on that.  That is what the 1970s "Clair de Lune" roll
demands and it is not working.  I need to know if this is a dud roll
or if I should look elsewhere for the problem.

Does anyone else have this roll for comparing?
