Normal moisture-cure silicone RTV adhesive sealant gives off a small
amount of acetic acid vapour as it sets.  This was found to affect
solder joints in some fully potted/encapsulated electronics.  The
amount of vapour given off is something like that given off by an open
dish of ordinary vinegar.  It's undoubtedly less corrosive than a drip
of cola or ketchup, and does not in practice cause any measurable
corrosion even to sensitive metals nearby.  And once set the adhesive
is entirely benign.

Even so, those worried about any possible corrosion can use RTV748 (or
equivalents in other colours) which is alkoxy (air) cure and gives off
no corrosive products at all.
