Value of Push-up Piano Player
By David Evans

Our Simplex push-up player is one of the most popular 'instruments'
in our museum. Like Paul Bellamy's machine [110503 MMDigest], it
had a finish applied over flame mahogany.

We have a good collection of 65-note rolls for it, though Simplex
rolls are not quite the same dimensions as regular 65s. It too has
a hand-operated sustaining pedal lever and of course a clockwork
roll drive motor.
