Early Wurlitzer Ratchet Wheel Snare Drum Action

Steve, you need some "belt dressing," same as you use on flat belts
to keep them from slipping.  The stuff in stick form is best but it's
hard to find.  Belt dressing in the spray can is easy to locate but
it can be messy to use, so take care with the application.
