Has any MMDer ever seen an Aeolian Hymnal?  It is mentioned in
Rollin Smith's book as having a publication date of around 1914.
From Aeolian published literature, the book cost $2 (with the price
of hymn rolls being $3).  It was described as a "handsome volume
bound in morocco and gold, containing about sixty favourite hymns
arranged for the purpose of singing with the Aeolian Pipe-Organ".

Over the years, searches of rare book dealers have provided
absolutely nothing and I do wonder if it was ever printed.
