QRS Roll "Tea for Two" Played By Liberace

The Liberace-arranged QRS "Tea for Two" roll sounds (I mean
looks) fantastic.  I imagine it's rare and never comes up for sale.
If anyone has it for sale, please let me know.  Do any of you
roll-scanners out there have a MIDI copy of it?
