I wish to embed an "All Notes Off" command in my MIDI files that
play automatically.  I have not been able to generate this command
in Cakewalk Music Creator.  Cakewalk provides this with a "hands on"
"panic button" but it does not record the command into a file.

Can someone email me a simple MIDI file that contains this command, or
tell me how to generate it with some other readily available software?
Note that not having this has resulted in some burned out solenoids
in my "Regina - player" with some apps other than Cakewalk.
