Hello again,  I had put in a request for plans to make a perforator,
as well as a copy for the roll "Silver Swan Rag" by Scott Joplin.
Thanks to all who were able to answer my question!

I realize now that I will need blank piano roll paper to make new
rolls.  Any suggestions on where to find it?
