Seek Chain Sprocket for Aeolian Sting Player
By Robbie Rhodes

Bob Hunt seeks a replacement sprocket for an Aeolian "Sting"
player piano currently at a museum exhibition. He writes,

"The piano would work but for a worn drive gear at the end of the
vacuum motor. The set screw is jammed and will not tighten onto
the shaft of the vacuum motor, nor can the set screw be removed.
It is an Aeolian Sting Model. The gear is light aluminum and is
the one the ladder chain goes over to move the spool. If anyone
can be of help with a spare gear or can repair the gear I would
appreciate hearing from you so the piano can be enjoyed by
  clients and visitors."

The exhibition is of works by the Vermont folk artist Gayleen Aiken,
presented by the GRACE (Grass Roots Art and Community Effort) program
located in Hardwick, Vermont. More at http://www.graceart.org/ and
