The best way we have found to rid yourself of musty smells
and such is a product called "One Drop".  This can be found in
drugstores or markets.  Often it is in the pet section, since
it also takes care of the various animal smells.

Put one drop in a small china container.  It may take a few
applications, but it has worked wonders for us.
