Having shredded a roll unexpectedly I am hoping to buy a copy of
"The Juggleress" played by Levitski, and "The Herb Girl's Dream"
(yes, I know!) by Labitzky.  Ampico recorded two different artists,
and Levitski is much livelier.  Will trade rolls if needed.

The right spool bearing wore to the point that during rewind "The
Juggleress" was destroyed.  This bearing had been replaced and kept
lubricated, but apparently not enough.  When the first bearing went
bad I found a box of bearings at a parts surplus store.  I could not
believe my eyes.  I bought two bearings and installed them, noting
an exact fit.  However, the material must have been soft.  I obtained
a new bearing from the old stock from Player Piano Co.  However, the
replacement used different screw holes, a minor problem.

My interest in "The Juggleress" is that the catchy tune threatens all
the way through to resolve but always takes on a new passage, and does
not resolve until the very end.  Did the composer have Mendelssohn in
mind?
