Seek Manual for Story & Clark Console Player
By Tony Marsico

Some months ago I picked up a Story & Clark console player piano
(the one with the griffins for legs) and I'm not sure that it's
working the way it should. It has micro-switches for functions of
reroll, play, lights, etc. When I attach the roll to the bottom
spool and turn it on, it immediately goes into rewind and pulls the
roll off of the spool.

Eventually I want to sell the piano but I need a manual to tell the
new owners (and me) how to get it to play as soon as you turn it on.
Is there a problem with the electronic board that controls the
functions, or am I just not doing it right?

I want the piano to be trouble-free and easy for the eventual new
owners to put a roll on and play it. If anyone has a manual
describing the operation for one these (or the related Universal or
QRS products), can you make a copy and email it to me.

Thanks,
Tony Marsico
