Hi, I think Spencer Chase has a great idea with using dry ice. It's
not like you need to have a supply every day. Maybe you could even
use a hair dryer or a heating pad to generate the gas more quickly.
If you are only doing small parts, I've had pretty good luck with
a woodworm problem by giving the wooden parts (no metal) a ride in
the microwave oven. Since the worms are mostly water they cook up
rather quickly, well before the wooden parts get very hot.
