The Yamaha P-155 "Portable Grand" has a great touch and sound, and
weighs almost nothing.  It's a good candidate for either playing as-is,
or adding a subwoofer to, and/or putting into a gutted-out piano case
from some ornate old piano "too far gone" (such as one with a badly
cracked plate) for an economically feasible restoration.  (Not a bad
use, in my opinion, for gorgeous old pianos that would otherwise
almost surely be sent to the dump.)
