Hi All,  Just wondering if I have failed to regulate something
properly on my Duo-Art grand Tempo governor.  The larger the roll
being played, the more the tempo increases as the roll plays (which
is logical due to the increase in the size of the take up roll).
Is there an adjustment which I have failed to locate, or is this
something overlooked in the design of the piano?

I have noticed on YouTube someone called pianmn199 has overcome this
playing some huge extra long play rolls on his Ampico Lexington:

 [ The air-motor governor is supposed to maintain constant revolutions
 [ per minute of the take-up spool, therefore it is normal that the
 [ paper speed increases as the take-up spool diameter increases.  Some
 [ classical music rolls produced for reproducing pianos are already
 [ compensated for the increasing diameter, most pop music rolls are not
 [ compensated.  If the increasing music speed is bothersome you can
 [ gradually reduce the Tempo setting while the roll is playing.  See
