Hi everyone,  There's been two songs for a while now that I have
been wanting to find the title for.  These songs are from a Wurlitzer
Concert PianOrchestra roll, and in my opinion are quite catchy!  The
first is a one-step and the second is a foxtrot.

I arranged and sequenced the two songs via MIDI but I did not include
the trills, and other 'fancy arranging things', just for the sake of
easy recognition.
