Value of a Wurlitzer Orchestra Photoplayer
By D. L. Bullock

I would not call this a photoplayer even though some of them were used
in theaters for the same purpose. This is usually called a mortuary
organ and was mostly used in funeral homes during service or the wake.
I am sure you can find the model if you search for Wurlitzer mortuary
organ. The value would depend on condition, where it is and condition
of the economy.
