Interesting instrument.  I suppose the piano-player is vacuum, and it
looks like the pump is intact.  If it was a photoplayer, most likely
the pipes had a blower, rather than a bellows-pump.  The tracker bar
looks like an APP, but can't tell for sure.

Not much help, I realize, but it's sure an interesting-looking
instrument!
