I am a new owner of a Vocalion Orchestrelle XY.  It is in excellent
original condition, is complete, and I am very proud to own it.
At present I am in need of help with two things:

1. During transport, a bungee cord gave way and consequently the
mover's blanket covering the keyboard was lost.  As a result, the
broken end of the bungee cord beat the hell out of the decorative
block at the left end of the keyboard.  It is a mess.  I can "fix
it up" but before doing that, I wonder if there might be lurking in
some location, known only to readers of MMD, a replacement from
a parts machine.  Please let me know.

Is there a reader of MMD familiar with the XY who would guide me
through an evaluation of the machine?  Currently, it makes no noise
when pumped but the roll mechanism seems to run well.  I would be
most grateful for this help to get me started.
