I have seen many postings on here with regards to sealing pouches.
I was told by Gordon Iles (ex- Aeolian & Artona Music Rolls) that at
the Aeolian Factory at Hayes in the UK, all pouches were sealed with
egg white at the factory.  As Gordon was actually employed in the
factory I see no reason to doubt this and as far as I am concerned
it can be regarded as fact.
