There is an excellent CD of J. Lawrence Cook's work, called "Tiger
Rag," available from Shellwood (www.shellwodd.co.uk).  I m not sure
where I got my copy, if not from them.  It has 74 minutes of a good
representation of Mr.Cook's output.
