I've been reading about the comparison of the "Nutcracker" rolls on
Ampico or Duo-Art, and though I have never made any of those type of
rolls, you should get the rolls I made for QRS.  I believe they are
C-125 and C-126.

I tried to get interpretations like Duo-Art or Ampico.  See what you
think!  I'd like to hear your comments.
