What is a "Station Box" as applied to a musical box? That is a new one
on me. The term is not in Ord-Hume's "The Musical Box: A Guide For
Collectors," and a Google search of the term is no more enlightening.

[ I found some occurrences in MMDigest by using the search window
[ near the bottom of each MMD Archives web page. "Station box" is
[ the English equivalent of French "boîte à musique de gare" or "boîte
[ de gare" which is a coin-operated music box typically seen at train
[ stations in France and Switzerland 100 years ago. -- Robbie
