Back in January of this year, several MMD'ers posted comments about
Johnny Maddox.  It is a great read to review the entire thread.  While
the topic was active in January, I wanted to add my two cents, but
I never got around to it.

As was mentioned in one posting, Johnny made an appearance last year
(2013) at the J. W. "Blind" Boone festival in Columbia, Missouri.
Johnny did not perform but, rather, he was the topic of Adam Swanson's
presentation.  During the 2013 festival, Adam brought Johnny and other
performers to visit my collection.  The visit was impromptu and had to
be squeezed into a tight schedule.

During that visit, I made a brief video on my iPhone and then I forgot
about it.  Last month I was cleaning out data from my iPhone and
rediscovered the video.

After getting Adam's permission, I posted the short video on YouTube.
It is not my usual production work, but it does capture the spirit of
the moment.

Adam tells me that he is working to get Johnny back to the Blind Boone
festival which begins June 8, 2014.
