Possible 52-Note Mignon Organette
By Christofer Noering

Hello! Today I received from Alois Blüml, of Grassus, Bavaria, some
colour prints (sorry, not digital pictures) of an unusually large
organette for me to identify. According to Mr. Blüml, the instrument
may be a 52-note Mignon as the case style and mechanism is very similar
to the well-known 22-note and 40-note models.

An interesting difference is that the music roll is not in line with
the crank, as it is in the hitherto known models. Has anyone of you
seen anything like it?

Best regards,

Christofer Noering
