Thank you for the great response -- actually a few of you got it
and I've confirmed by listening on YouTube.  It is Phonoliszt-Violina
roll #37115, that Hupfeld calls "Unter den Brücken von Paris" or
"Under the Bridges of Paris", by V. Scotto [1914].  It's a nice roll
and it will be in the recut project with a correct label!
