Western Electric Pouch Material

Pouch leather was used in Western Electric, Seeburg, Nelson-Wiggen
and Cremona instruments.  Coinola used cloth pouches.

Seal the pouch with rubber cement and talc powder.  Do not use
mink oil or anything else.
