Piano Rolls by Juelg Piano Co., Washington D.C.
By Katherine Jewell Preston

My grandfather was Henry Harry Juelg who created the Juelg Piano
Company and Juelg Piano Rolls sold at his store in Washington, D.C.,
in the late 1890s or early 1900s. I have an undated photograph of
his wife, my grandmother Mary Reuter Juelg, standing in front of the
Juelg Piano Co. in Washington D.C.

Katherine (nee Juelg) Jewell Preston

[ Katherine's father was born Carl W. Juelg in 1901 but later
[ changed his surname to Jewell because his realty clients had
[ trouble pronouncing the German name Juelg (or Jülg). Ref.
