Rebuilding Oval Pouches in Early Standard Action

Does anyone have any familiarity with oval pouch replacement in what
I believe to be an early Standard Pneumatic Co. action.  Does anyone
supply precut pouches, and what is the best way to dish these pouches?
What do I use for the cardboard inserts?
