Seek Wurlitzer 105 Gallery Carvings

I'm currently working on an original Wurlitzer 105 with top mounted
cymbal.  Unfortunately, the top gallery is missing and will need to be
rebuilt.  Does anyone know of a source for the two decorative carvings?
Any help is appreciated.
