In response to the inquiry about a tracker bar moving, my "O" roll
tracker bar has a knurled thumb screw at the right end that serves
the dual purpose of adjusting alignment and stabilizing the bar.
Perhaps your thumbscrew is missing.  If you like, I can take a picture
and email it to you.
