I am new to the Mechanical Music Digest and have followed with
interest the different comments of so many who love old player pianos.
I have recently been asked to restore an R. S. Howard player piano,
which I have done.  The only problem is someone in the past threw
away the lower bellows which also contained the air control unit.

I am trying to find someone that might have the lower unit so I can
complete my project.  Your help would make this young lady very happy.
If the original ones cannot be found are there suggestions about
replacing them with a unit from a different make piano?
