Organ Blowers
By Al Good

Troy Newville wrote in 160121 MMDigest, "Has anyone tried to use
a blower intended for yard inflatables for organ work?" This is an
idea I have been thinking about for awhile. On Tuesday of this week
I went to the Taylor Miller Organ Co. in York, Pennsylvania, and bought
a blower, salvaged from some kind of copy machine, that they are
selling for organs.

If you are not aware of Taylor's website, it is awesome! This company
has been salvaging church organs and theater organs for around forty
years. His warehouse is three stories full of thousands of pipes,
air chests, wind reservoirs and everything imaginable related to
organs. Prices are reasonable, too. I also purchased a wind reservoir
and some beaters. Check it out at http://www.pipeorgantrader.com/
