What should be the gap for the intensity valves on the Ampico A
expression mechanism, as referenced in the Inspectors Reference Book
of 1923 by the #28 and the cancel valve #32?

Since my piano is very limited in installed space I really want to be
as close as possible before reinstalling the expression mechanisms.
