Piano Roll Repair Table
By Ed Gaida

We live in a world filled with cr*p made in third world countries,
so it is refreshing to endorse the roll repair table being sold by
Tom Huchinson. It is a work of art and the only thing missing is
a sticker or metal plaque engraved with "Proudly Made in the USA".

This endorsement is totally unsolicited. I just wanted to let you
know that I use mine all the time and with a bit of modification
I can repair coin piano rolls which have been spooled onto Ampico
Jumbo roll flanges. I have yet to find a nickelodeon roll that would
not comfortably fit within the flange edges.

If you scan rolls and would like an empty Ampico Jumbo flange -- the
outside diameter measures just short of 3.5 inches -- drop me an email.
I have the tooling to have them made but I hardly use them and will
be happy to send you a pair with the cardboard core for the price of
postage which I guess to be USD 3.00. Cash wrapped in aluminum foil
works great in a #10 envelope!
