For sale: a Mason & Hamlin 6' 2" RAA reproducing grand piano, SN 34789,
presented as a gift by Mason & Hamlin to the attorney that arranged the
sale of the company to the American Piano Company.  I purchased it from
the attorney's family in Nantucket, Maine.  It is a completely restored
Colonial Art casework in breathtaking African figured mahogany.

It has a full Ampico "B" expression system with drawer, using
a late "A" super-dependable double-valve stack with note compensation.
Complete mechanical restoration was done by Alan Lightcap in 2014, it
plays gentle pianissimos and can fill a concert hall with grand
fortissimos!

Together with approximately 110 Ampico recut Jumbo rolls, approximately
450 Ampico recut regular rolls and about 50 original Ampico rolls it
includes a complete library of Ampico catalogues, books, service
manuals and ephemera.  An extra pump motor, plus two 7' tall custom
made ebony music roll cabinets are included.

I am the second owner of this instrument and have had it for 50
enjoyable years.  I am downsizing now and I hope that stewardship
of the collection will continue on, therefore I will consider all
reasonable offers. I would recommend that any purchaser come view
