Average Time to Rebuild a Player Piano
By David Dewey

Well, as Art Reblitz pointed out, each player mechanism is different,
especially so if it has seen "rough times" or been "rebuilt" before.
That's why I was hoping for an "average" time for each process, such
as stripping and recovering a set of pneumatics (given that the boards
are in good condition), gluing in a set of pouches, etc. Mostly
I was wondering if I was being "efficient"!

Walter, interesting, yours is the first response to my secondary
question, and you found adhesion problems when you didn't sand the
edges. I do "iron" all my cloth gluing and haven't had this problem
_yet_, I think, although I have had one of two times where I did have
to re-glue an edge. Hmm, more experimentation needed here maybe?
I would love to hear other's opinions.
