Not all five waltzes are from Strauss.  Here are the first three
and their composers:

1. Merry Widow Waltz (Franz Lehar)
2. The Beautiful Blue Danube (Johann Strauss)
3. Valse Bleue (Alfred Margis)

As for the other two, I had a download problem and they play poorly,
to the point they were not recognisable.

And as for the makers of the roll I have no idea.  These waltzes were
very popular and many rolls have been made including one or more of
them.
