I asked MMD for identification of the tunes on a six-tune box and
received many kind responses.  It was apparent that the tunes all
involved music nostalgic of home for those away.  Some of the segments
were taken from bits of operas and normally wouldn't have a title,
so it was a bit tricky giving them names.

Not having ready access to reproduction tune sheets, I found an
image of an appropriately proportioned tune sheet online which I append
[below].  I cleaned it up, created a font by cutting up the extravagant
calligraphy used for the titles, and made up the attached tune sheet.
I also attach the font, but warn that you may have to stretch, move and
fix the results you get from it.
